Since making the French Riviera my home in 2008, I have built my business on something far more valuable than property alone: trust.
Having spent many years with one of the Côte d'Azur's leading estate agencies before joining eXp Luxury, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the Riviera's luxury property market, French real estate law, and the roles of the professionals involved throughout the sales process. This enables me to guide buyers and sellers with confidence, discretion and sound judgement from our first conversation to completion.
My approach is honest, discreet and deeply personal. I guide both buyers and sellers through every stage of the process, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident in every decision they make. I believe buying or selling a home should never feel transactional, overwhelming or pressured. It should be a natural and rewarding experience, built on trust, transparency, clear communication and mutual respect.
Before real estate, I worked as a nurse, caring for people. Today, I help clients navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives, guided by those same principles of trust, integrity, compassion and professionalism.

Buyers
For clients buying from abroad, or those who choose not to navigate the French property market themselves, I provide the same dedicated representation as I do for my sellers, becoming their eyes and ears on the ground. Once instructed, I undertake a deep, methodical search of the entire market to identify every property that genuinely meets my clients' criteria. I personally visit each shortlisted property, providing a comprehensive report covering the property itself, the surrounding area, my valuation, structural observations, urban planning considerations and the likely running costs. My advice is always honest, impartial and in my clients' best interests. From our first conversation through to completion and beyond, I work alongside my clients every step of the way, providing end-to-end guidance to ensure they secure the right property with complete confidence.
